Welcome to RIZZCORD ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

To use RIZZCORD, you must:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable laws
• Not have been previously banned or suspended from our Platform

When creating an account, you agree to:

You may not share your account with others, create multiple accounts, or transfer your account to another person without our written consent.

RIZZCORD provides an AI-powered companion platform featuring:

• AI Chat Companions: Interactive conversational AI characters
• Image Generation: AI-generated visual content via ImageForge
• Personalization: Customizable conversation experiences
• Credit System: Virtual currency for premium features (RizzCoins)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice.

You agree NOT to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Generate content depicting minors in any context
• Create content promoting violence, terrorism, or illegal activities
• Harass, threaten, or defame any person or entity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
• Circumvent any access restrictions or security measures
• Use automated systems or bots without authorization
• Share or distribute content outside the Platform without permission
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create on the Platform. However, by using our Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely for providing and improving our Services.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI systems is provided for your personal use. You may not claim AI-generated content as your original work for commercial purposes without our express permission.

Content Moderation: We may review, filter, or remove content that violates these Terms, without prior notice.

When interacting with our AI companions, you acknowledge that:

• AI responses are generated by machine learning models and are not human
• AI companions are fictional characters for entertainment purposes
• Conversations may be used to improve our AI systems (anonymized)
• AI may occasionally produce inaccurate, inappropriate, or unexpected responses
• You should not rely on AI for medical, legal, financial, or professional advice

Subscriptions:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

RizzCoins (Virtual Currency):

• RizzCoins have no real-world monetary value
• Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law
• Unused RizzCoins may expire according to our policies
• RizzCoins cannot be transferred, traded, or sold

Refund Policy:

Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion within 7 days of purchase for subscription services, provided the service has not been substantially used.

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Software, code, and algorithms
• AI models and training data
• Character designs and personalities
• Trademarks, logos, and branding
• User interface and user experience designs

are owned by or licensed to RIZZCORD. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

By You:

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for any unused subscription period or RizzCoins.

By Us:

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You violate these Terms or our policies
• Your conduct may harm us, other users, or third parties
• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the Services

We do not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for any purpose
• Defects will be corrected in a timely manner
• The Platform will meet your specific requirements or expectations

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIZZCORD and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Actions or content of third parties on the Platform

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RIZZCORD and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Content you create or share on the Platform

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through:

• Email notification to your registered address
• Prominent notice on the Platform
• Updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page

Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
